We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.





Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.


To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging



Claims submitted after 3 days may be denied. This timeframe is strictly enforced to prevent fraud and shipping abuse.





Refund Processing



All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and approved

We do not issue refunds for items returned without prior authorization.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Unbound Books is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.





Exchanges



Exchanges are only available for the same item in cases of damage or defect and are subject to availability.
